Complaint Review: Equity Connect Co.

I received a check in the mail in the amount of $7998.80 from Nissan North America, Inc. along with  a letter from Equity Connect Co stating I won a second category prize of the International gerneral market survey for the amount of $500000.00. I never did a survey but figured right away this was just another scam. I did call Nissan North America, Inc. and reported to them that this company was sending checks out with their name on them. Emailed tham a copy of the check and letter. When I searched for this company name on the internet didn't see anything about a scam so figured I needed to report it. Dawn Bassler db32252@msn.com
