We tried contacting the home owners association many times due to continue issues going on in the neighborhood. Never did we receive a call back. So we had to the management company since one of our children who is mentally disabled almost was hit by a car we would stop payment till we heard somethings from anyone. So instead of them calling us they sent us to equity experts, who immediately put a lean on our home. I tried calling them and the home owners association with no response back. Before I new it a 500 bill was now 3500 in lawyer fees?
So I finally was able to reach someone at equity experts where I swallowed my pride and told them I would make payments to them they said that's fine but they would also charge me an additional 100.00 in interest and lawyers fee's. That is more than 200% interest? Is that even legal? I have repeatedly tried to call them and write them no one will contact me back. The builder has left our area, we have a nice home and keep our property up. Never get into trouble but some of our other white neighborhoods have police called to their homes all the time. Because I am Latin they want us out and this I believe is not only because they want our nice home back but they are trying to move any one that may not be Caucasian out.

You keep charging me money saying I have never called although I have! It's because you never answer you are a rip off. I am trying to reach reach a conclusion but can't because for some reason no one ever answers the phone numbers you provide

I don't have to use exclamation points to make my point that you are rude and racist. Even the builders have left, I have tried to pay and you have made unreasonable fines and penalties. I said I would make payments and was told you would an extra 100.00 a month. Your name is written as a scam artists and have many negative reviews on the BBB site. So regardless you are acting out as a child, not because of my actions but because you are being a bully racist!

The fees and fines you are paying are due to YOUR choices ONLY!!! Im sure YOU have a justification. EVERYONE justifys thier actions in order to make themselves feel better about the act they are commiting.When you originally joined the HOA that YOU are a part of, YOU agreed to ALL of the terms including late fees and fines. So instead of going on the web and CRYING that this is happening to YOU due to the choices YOU WILLINGLY MADE, maybe address that this IS all YOUR FAULT and fix THAT!!!! Sorry to say this but HOA are little nazis. THEY KNOW that YOU have agreed to all of it and YOU wouldnt have a legal recourse so they use every bit of their power leveraged against YOU. YOU CHOSE to fight the system and THIS is the cost of doing so. If you have a issue with an HOA there are correct ways to address them. By NOT paying you pretty much tied their hands. If THEY didnt want YOU there they wouldnt leverage fines and fees.
