Sold property with description roof requires soma ropair'".upon cxaminntion by roof specialist found out tha roof rqu:rcd 'replacement. around 5 years ago. Sold property with descrilion of It being in a good neighbourhood only to find tht it was "gheto• and described it as a vory bad location.

!s. Failed to give Insurance company access resulting In no insurance covor. Thulproperty wns then broken ino und 1 was left wilhout insurance cover. I paid $2500 tor rehab for two other properties. rehab was NOT carried out as per description of estimate.Overall extremely poor management, service and care i irelied on a professional from overseas and Iwas cheated and ill treated. I I Calls not returned.emails not replied I stand at over $125.000 loss and a property with 4 tenants with none paying any rent and t l am to evict. the roof is non existent and there is little no management on this or any other property.

I am in talks with Ben, who is now selling the quad plex that is causing the most of the problems - at a slight loss. I will update as soon as this is done. I remain at a loss on rents for over a year and on many repairs by their DIY team and Wayne.  I have been promised several times that he will rectify and failed,

However, I am hoping Ben and I can remain on good terms as long as the quad is sold. Its been over 90days since I have been begging him for assistance and since he has promised. We spoke yesterday and he has failtfully promised to sell this as a reduced price very quickly.

He seems like a very fair anf fine chap, however I remain in excess of $125,000 loss. I will keep this updated with progress and I promise to give a good feedback as soon as the quad is sold. I will waive all other issues and move on, Thank You
