Complaint Review: equity lifestyles/colony cove

Bought and moved in July 2012, was told property taxes, trash, lawn service,and water and basic cable were provided for in our rent.

December 2012 started seeing additional fees for utility fees and county taxes, argued,and wastold to pay it or leave by David & Mary

Accidentally bounced a check cost me $100 fess, $50 late fee, and $25 nsf, sort of usery here, property management is a joke grass has twice this summer been 2 feet tall,and has not been weed eated or edhed since march 2013, had to got out and buy a black & decker edgehog  to do it myself, since they are too cheap to have a decent lawn service with enough equipment to cut it once a week.

Policies are enforced at will by managers discretion,or by the good old buddy system,cars parked all over the lawns, golf carts parked on the lawns, trash piled up.

Rules enforced not, children running all over, and project security is a complete joke, caught the security guy shing a blue flashligh thru my front window, chased him to the local Mcdonalds.
