WARNING: These companies and individuals hire out of state contractors, ask for inspections to aquired properties, get initial work done RE: Repairs ,then refuse to pay.

A simple inspection, water shut off (because their property was being flooded by a burst pipe) a $300 service call which they requested and Danny Riggs approved has cost our business over $1800.00 in time and legals so far, they run and hide under numerous company names, and tell you the person who approved work is no longer with their company. Major Fraud Major scammers.
