They issued a notice of intent to withdraw $250 more than my payment is. I revoked authorization by letter the following day, and sent it first class Priority U.S. Mail to the loan servicer, the loan company and to their attorney, as well as by email.

I then checked with my bank on the day it was supposed to be withdrawn, confirmed that no payment was pending, and withdrew the money and wired it directly to them by Quick Collect (guarantee to be received within 8 minutes). Three days later they withdrew the money anyway, on top of what I had wired to them.

They DO NOT respond to letters (which they are required by federal code to do), they do not use their heads and think before they act, and either they are grossly incompetent or they are intentionally abusive. those whom I have dealt with are abrasive and under educated at best.

They have messed up my credit records in the past by erroneously reporting late or absent payments that were made on time, and now it looks like they are messing up my bank records and making it so that I cannot make my payments on time. They have no business running a company that influences financial record keeping.
