Started working for these shysters a few mts ago after responding to an ad for a loan officer working from home.

I work in a different state and these guys promised what seemed like a fair comission as it was pretty much left to my own devices to bring in new business.

Having an excellent track record in the mortgae business i knew that it would only take a couple of mts to build a pipeline and i had savings so 100% comission wasn't a big issue for me.

Well, these guys take the biscuit,months later and no business cards they don't return calls and they would be fired if they worked somewhere else.

Anyway first commisiion day arrives but no paycheck, paycheck arrives 5 days late and is $2000 short.
Mark Smith the vp apologises and i speak with Todd Zoren blames it on ADP.

btw, they had my name, addresss spelt wrong and the number of allowances that i had requested was off.
Mr Todd Zoren the president assured me that he had spoken with adp area manager and that the check would be in th eoffice the following mon and thy would mail it out to me.

I never received the check and have not beed able to get in contacy with Toddd Zoren the president. He sent an email to Mark Smith with was forwarded to me stating that he had mailed the check on the Wed.

Well 2 weeeks later no check and no one gets back to me.
I did some research on Mr Todd Zoren and he is a 29yo arrogant spoilt brat who comes from a well todo family.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS AND DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE LIARS.

Someone needs to get they're facts straight:

First of all, the Court Order posted is a "doctored" version of the actual court document. Todd coerced a former Officer of the company to LIE UNDER OATH, which never happened because "Tom's" Insurance Company agreed to a settlement out of court, unknowingly to the truth.
That officer has since resigned from the company. LOL.

Todd's attorney will tell him that Doctoring Evidence in a court of law is Purgury and Contempt of Court, the latter charge is punishable by 364 days in jail before the Purgury charge is heard.

Secondly, the previous post is by Todd himself, pretending to be an employee of the company.

The fact is that ALL OF TODD's MANAGERS QUIT AND WENT TO OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANIES!!!!!

Just an FYI, I've been employed by Equity United Mortgage Corporation for over four years now. Simply put, I like when the market has trouble because to me it is a cleansing process. When an industry suffers, it usually cleanses itself from it's weakness(s) and eventually becoming again or much more proficient. The mortgage industry has done just that, it has cleansed itself of the negatives which assisted in it's handicap's. Such as: Inexperienced or un-knowledgable Loan Officers, the lazy brokers that thought only of themselves and/or always took the short route, the illegal procedures, the bad decisions, the broad array of "sweat shops" that saturated our industry, the greed which had no place, the lack of effort, integrity and honesty, the many individuals who would rather shout a complaint or point a finger than to be accountable and be competent in their own decisions and belief systems. The strong do survive and a part of surviving means to shed anything derogatory or questionable to a secure future. I'm hoping that this poor "Tom" takes his lesson along with his tail between his legs and finds an easier path. Openly complaining of a reputable company is either audacious or simply stupid. I think "Tom" losing horribly in court to Equity United then being rightfully sued by Equity United and of course losing again to Equity United more than explains his simple and sad position.

This has been a terrific Corporation without any evidence of ever changing. We, as a survivng corporation have always and will continue to create promise to many hopes and provide unparalelled service which again, allows us to survive where many others have not. As far as this web page goes, I think it's incredibly unprofessional and distasteful to continue to hold this page public after the easily validated court case and info which has been also published in rebuttal.

Todd Zoren at equity united threatened me today, oh!!!!

Called up today looking for my money and Mr Zoren threatened me and told me that i was dealing with the big boys!

He told me to read my contract( he has all new employees sign a contract that means you cannot sue him when he doersn't pay them)

Strange thing is i like Todd, he makes me laugh but he thinks that he is a big shot and all others are little people.

Don't let him bully you too!
