Complaint Review: ERA Financial Alliance Group

ERA Financial Alliance Group is a scam company. They target the elderly & timeshare owners who were already defrauded by resale or marketing scams. Using the same database of victims they contact us promising to get our money back for an up-front fee. A real collection agency only collects after they get your money back. They are also not licensed which is required in the State of Florida for Commercial Collections. They plan on closing up and you will never get your money back, they know they are the same ones who ripped you off in the first place. Ask them to send you written proof, they won't! Ask them if you can pay a higher commission after your funds are returned with no up-front fee, they will say no!
