Erasmo Flores with Signature Pools and Spa is a fraud. A few months ago we signed a contract with Mr. Flores. We gave him the first installment of $9,000 to build us a pool. Weeks went by without hearing from him. My husband and I became very concerned; fearing the worst. We then discovered that other families had similiar experiences with this individual. Unfortnately, we came to the realization that we too, had been victimized by Erasmo Antonio Flores.
