Eric Alan Nelson, Sidlab Hair Couture, Sidlab Refused to guarantee hair products. Charges a non-disclosed 50% re-stocking fee. Portland Oregon
My salon purchased a 1400.00 intro of Sidlab hair products. Our clients were not happy at all with the products. We had a 90% return rate! I notified Dave Ramsey (vice president) of the problem. His response was less than professional to say the least. He accused me of going out of business and being sketchy. He told me that they had never had one complaint about a product and that only the "finest" salons are carrying it? I found out doing my own research that 3 other salons were removing the products from thier salon. I also talked to a salon owner that was offered the products for 5.00 a peaice if they would carry it! Eric Alan Nelson the owner and president of the company told me he would make things right with me. Guess what? that didnt happen! He offered to give me 25% of my money back because of a non-disclosed 50% restocking fee! Im so dissapointed in Eric Nelson. I thought that since he is a hair stylist too I could trust him. GUESS NOT!
