Complaint Review: Eric Burks

Eric Burks or Eric Brooks is still robbing hard working people for their cash. This guy changes his name more time than I change my under ware. I have spoke to him several times since my first ROR post (see below) with promises of paying me back my money that he took from me, he gave me some story that his merchant account was frozen and at the end of March 2010 it would be released and he would Western Union or FedX me my money, needless to say it never happened. He works out of Florida in the summers and out of Mississippi in the winter. I think his current address is 122 Robbins Wilks Rd, Bassfield , MS. 39421, he also had another address in Mississippi last year of 609 Gill St. Columbia Mississippi, his address in Fort Myers was 111 Star Fish. I have contacted the police department in Bassfield and am waiting on a call back. His wife's name is Candace or Candy. I think he has a son or brother and his name is Kyle. This guy has to be stopped. I am on a mission to get back my money and I am close. He has threaten me for the last post on ROR and told me that the ocean was a big place. Let's get this guy off the street and behind bars where he need to be.

Below is a Rip off Reports that I posted 12/17/2009, it got his attention, but not enough to pay me back my cash so I am at it again.  I am not going to give up!!!  I need your help.

December 17, 2009. He has promised me numerous times that he would Western Union me the cash. My last contact with him was on February 1, 2010, again he promised me that the money would be sent vis Western Union and still nothing. I have left him two messages per day for two solid weeks still with no reply. I have done much digging into this and I am not the only one that he has stolen money from. He has done it to many. This man has no remorse or no regrets and no BALLS!! He claims to have very deep connections(if he had those why has he ripped off so many people?) HE IS A THIEF!! Today I tried to call his cell number (229-233-7222) and it was temporarily disconnect, which means he did not pay his bill. He uses other addresses, one being out of Mississippi as well as Florida.
