Please be very weary of this company.  Owners Eric Campbell and Joseph Krajewski.  They will not complete the job.  You will have to harass them for months to even get them started.  They will take your first check from the mortage company and tell you they are going to start work immediately and order materials.  That does not happen.  They take the first check, and disappear giving you all kinds of stories on why they cannot start the job right away.  When you say you want to cancel they threaten you with additional penalties and fees.

Stay far away form this company!  Save yourself the headache.

Pinnacle Exteriors needs to be SHUT DOWN! They are nothing but SCAM ARTISTS and they ruin everybody elses life. So if anybody has been SCAMMED by Pinnacle Exteriors and Eric Campbell you NEED to contact your states Attorney General Office. This company has been Scamming people for numerous years and the State of Minnesota has verbally said they will never get a lisence in that state again. Mr Eric Campbell has had his lisence taken away from him and his companies I would say about 4 times and yet he still continues to do the same things. The state of Kansas and their Attorney General has Barred Pinnacle Exteriors and Mr Eric Campbell from doing business in that state and along with that they were ordered to pay $80000 in fines. So people I am begging you to contact your states Attorney Generals to get this NO GOOD COMPANY out of business for good. An added side note they money that they scam from people they are using to buy expensive things for themselves.
