Complaint Review: Eric Dress

I purchased two formal gowns from their website on Oct 13,2017 for an event that was a month later.  Sizing was to be from their size chart.  One dress was supposedly shipped out on the 16th of october.  As their websites states I paid for 5-7 days shipping.  I emailed them three times and eventually canceled the second dress.

  The first dress arrived one day before the event in November and was torned upon arrival.  The dress was not the proffessional looking dress that was on their website.  It was a cheap jersy dress that someone made in an hour.  I am so upset right now.  I am sending this dress back.  It has never been worn, altered or anything.  I just hope they give me my money back. 

I will never ever purchase anything from these people again and will tell everyone to stay away.  I wouldnt wear this dress to a pool partywith al bllind people, thats how cheaply it was made. Thouroughly disgusted and then I had to run out and purchase a new formal gown for my event.
