Subject: [URGENT} REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION

Dear Mr. Rick Jacobs,  Please be advised as a constituent [Severely Disabled Veteran] seeking help from Mayor Eric Garcetti regarding the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles refusal to provide services and assistance to disabled veterans, etc; there has been a failure of leadership in addressing these serious concerns.  I have submitted evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to the Mayor and his office to prove that the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles and its leadership are engaging in unlawful actions toward me being a severely disabled veteran.

These relentless actions by HACLA are unlawful, several policy violations including privacy, denying accommodations and other ADA violations. The Housing Authority City of Los Angeles has refused to comply with local, state and federal policy, such acts are also in violation of the Civil Rights Act. In fact, the turning of a blind eye by the Mayor and his office is deplorable considering these issues effect or have the potential to cause hardships and other additional harms to the citizens of Los Angeles and beyond.

I have been applying for help with Mayor Eric Garcetti and his office for months to no avail, only in return to get the run around. In fact, the evidence submitted to the Mayor and his office is beyond the legal threshold and within his purview to invoke an injunction into the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles unlawful acts towards me. Furthermore, it is appalling that the Mayor and his office would continue to allow such gross negligence and willful misconduct by the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles.

They sought to inflict emotional harm and distress thus causing concern with my identifiable disability. This is also a violation of the American with Disabilities Act.  In closing, as a soldier, I put my entire life on the line for my Country. Unfortunately, it now seems that Mayor Eric Garcetti is unwilling to follow through on our governments promise to service veterans. I just do not understand why a person who applies for assistance can be attacked so viciously. All I am asking is that Mayor Eric Garcetti do the work he is commissioned to do on my behalf, no more, no less.
