Complaint Review: Eric Lambert

Erick/Eric is a rip off. Do not use this man at all. He has ripped off two  of my neighbors. He took their money and avoided them no matter how many times they stopped by his home. Which mind you is not far away. I pass by his almost daily as I see him and around 7 of his friends drinking. There is not work being done. If he is doing work for you , ask for your money back, which you he way ok then avoid you like the plague. He owes one person 250 dollars for a window, that he never produced, a year and a half later she gave up because he had every excuse under the sun of why the window was not put in. Another neighbor of mine paid him 560 for a job and he just basically ignored them after he got the money. He always has enough money to supply his friends with lots of beer as there is a lot of cars there..All drinking ,  and mostly guys. He has a pool table, a go cart, two grills, we are talking the entire set up. If he wasn't such a jerk I would probably be his friend so I could get free beer, free steaks , ect. Do not use this guy , he will take your money. Funny thing is, I have been walking or driving by the house and if he sees either one of the people he ripped off, he runs inside and hides. This guy is nothing more than a a run of the mill loser who takes the money, buys booze and steaks for his buddies and never , EVER, does the job hes half /or even in FULL paid for. Loser.....Eric Lambert, Catherdral Lane, Cordova, TN, I think the name may be Erick Lambert Construction or something. He always has his truck backed up to the house since he rips people off. This guy would rather take your cash and spend it on booze and steaks. No telling what else he is into , considering the other shady people that I see at his house regularly. Save yourself some cash... DO not do anything with this guy,
