Complaint Review: Eric's Automotive

 I had my race car building equipment in this man's shop, and we had a fall out.  He started talking bad about me to other customers, and I had enough.  (These customers would tell me about them, or his help would relay back to me what was saying).

When I went to remove my items, the items disappeared from his shop.  I have owned these items for over fifteen years and have the recepits to prove this.  These items total to about $10,000.00.  With the loss of these items, I have had other orders to do more of these chassis, and because of the theft of my items, I have not been able to complete these orders.  I also have a full time job, as chassis building is a business that I am trying to get off the ground due to my full time job has closed due to lack of orders coming in.

He denies having any these items ever being there, but I have photos of these items in his shop to prove this.  The first item that disappeared was my Tube Bender, and when my wife asked his wife where the bender was and his wife stated that she did not know what it was, but when she asked Mr. Caskey he told her he took it out of the rain, and would get that back to me, but I never recieved the bender back. 

The next thing we asked for was the Chassis Jig, as a friend of mine was going to be in the area so that I could move the this chassis jig to my residence, and when we went to get it, it was gone. 

This man is noted for doing this to other people.  All I want is to get my items back.  I have made a police report to this, and Mr. Caskey has denied that he has these items.  On this same report Mr. Caskey stated that we have never been in business together, so there is no reason to keep my items.

My loss right now is exceeding over $40,000.00, and after the first of the year, with more order, this amount will be increasing.
