ERICDRESS IGNORING the fact they sent a FALSE Tracking # and NOT addressing my questions~Kept changing the delivery DATE China Overseas I think Internet
Order was charged on my card. Okay
Tracking # was a phony one.
Frances, the so-called- customer service, kept ignoring me requesting the tracking #. Kept telling me thanks for my patience.
1st-Delivery time was from 2-10 days--Then 10 days -14 days~Then10-20 days and "keep watching for it!" Has not arrived yet. Said I must be patient. They have NO TRACKING for delivery and CANNOT tell me where the order is supposed to be, after 25 days.
IGNORING every single question I asked. Covering it over by saying thank you for your patience.
This company so deserves to be Out-of-Business and stop lying to people~I am NOT going to get $80 stolen from me by an out right thief or likewise. End of Story.
