Erick Roker in Roswell/Alpharetta contacted me off of craigslist to do some landscaping work on a property that he said that he owned. Turns out that he was not the owner like he said. After I hired labor that I paid out of my own pocket along with renting a commercial mower also out of my own pocket, and then my son, me, and the hired labor worked in the hot Georgia sun on two different days Roker paid me with two different checks from his "stock account".

Turns out that he knew that there was no money in this account and he started telling lies about how he had a stock trade that he was waiting on to work out so that he could pay me. Of course all of this was a scam and a bold-faced lie by Roker. After numerous efforts by phone and email to collect the $500 that he owes me which includes the fees for the bad checks that he caused me at my bank along with my collection charges Roker refused to come up with any money.

Roker is a scam artist and a bold-faced liar. No one should do any business with him. And he pretends to be some kind of a real estate person. He is just another scammer who gives good people in the real estate business a bad name. Stay away from this joker unless you want to end up losing money, getting scammed, and being caused aggravation from Erick Roker the crook.

Terrance I apologize for writing you the bad checks. I did have the money with the brokerage, but the funds were tied up in trades. Honestly I didn't try to liquidate because of my financial circumstances at the time, so I must admit that I was wrong in handing the checks over.

I'm willing to pay you the check amounts plus the returned check fees. Contact me @ 678-823-2218.

I've worked in real estate since 2004 since leaving the Air Force, and it's true that my career thus far has been glossed with failures. Those events of trying to become successful in a sub-prime market gave me a hard education with mistakes that punished me and others wanting the same thing through me. I shared my experience in part with you before hiring you, so I don't appreciate the attack on my total character. I took ownership of that house from a "kitchen-table" closing with my friend at the time that jumped into that bad deal with me, and I was at that time working with the bank to sell it short to prevent foreclosure.

I did fail on that house, but I had succeeded with others before and after that. I've handled money regularly for real estate investors that I work with today with no thefts, please confirm with Mid-City Management.
