Erik Nord of Aliya Companies is losing their lawsuit battle against Comprehensive Toxicology.   Why is this a Ripoff Report?  To start with this is number ? of how many companies Erik Nord and his partners from Aliya has started to only see it fail.

The ruthless approach of equity investors is an understandable risk, loaning to own is not.

Aliya’s case brought against Comprehensive Toxicology is proving to be a bigger battle for them than I am sure they thought it would be.  Most if not all of the complaints brought against Robert Nickell and Comprehensive Toxicology were immediately dismissed by the Federal Court of which the claim is filed, but they continue to lose new motions time and time again.  Now they are on the receiving end of being countered sued of which most of the complaints are sticking!

Erik Nord through Aliya thrust itself into the healthcare funding space and ended up in litigation with the only two customers they did business with.  Mesa Pharmacy in Irvine and Comprehensive Toxicology in Torrance.  In a period shorter than six months they toted that they were experts in the space and opened their own shop.  If they are or were truly experts, then why the lawsuits?  You would think a smart investment group would have addressed the flaws in the deal and either fix them as part of the deal or not do the deal at all?

Some of the companies are major in size, others not so much.  There was the Shrimp Farm in Las Vegas.  reviewjournal.com/view/north/blue-oasis-shrimp-farm-thriving-desert   NOW CLOSED

Then there was the Goretorium lasvegassun.com/vegasdeluxe/2013/sep/30/eli-roths-goretorium-strip-close-oct-2-after-one-y/ that barley made it one year.  Interesting enough the Goretorium closed in the month of October, only the biggest month of the year for this type of business.  NOW CLOSED

They use Nevada’s generous LLC’s to arrange numerous companies that are mostly empty shells making finding the carnage leftovers somewhat harder to find.  Harder but not impossible.  A quick check of the Nevada Secretary of State site confirms a hand full of shelf type business names to hide behind.

corporationwiki.com/p/2bphw4/aliya-companies-international-llc  More than half of these corporations have long been shelved.

The process is always the same, they come in as an interested investor seeking long term relationships.  They then begin to slowly allow potential small problems turn into an overwhelming problems whereas they then threaten the business owner with major lawsuits.

Borrower or seller, beware that you have proper resources as these guys are ruthless.  Erik Nord is an attorney and will be quick to let you know they will fill a civil complaint at the drop of a hat to shake things up.  Did not work for them in the Comprehensive Toxicology case.

There are three partners in Aliya being, Robert Benson, Scott McManus and Erik Nord.
