If only all of Mike Smith and Erika Smith's employees at (((REDACTED))), Carolina Comprehensive Health Network (previously called) Carolina Family Medicine and Urgent Care, SMH Records, One Shot and gobs more of "phony" businesses knew about this website!

Parents I urge you, do not send your children to (((REDACTED))) and let your kids dance on the "harlequin flooring." The Smith's are a con-artist couple with multiple businesses they scam people with. I warn you, Mike and Erika are perilous people who belong in the Mecklenburg County Jail. They run a full-service scheme. First you can go into one of Erika's "dance rooms" and learn how to "not" dance. Not only is she too old and not up-to-date with dance, she can't teach you about theatrical, participatory or competitive dance. She's really just a bad dance instructor, but what's worse is her horrible breath. If you decide not to heed these words of advice, at the very least bring a nose clip.

But maybe you came to their dance studio, not to dance, but to record music with Mike Smith ha ha ha. Mikey can take you in the "state of the art" recording studio to record at (((REDACTED))) facility located in a strip mall. The (((REDACTED))) website does say that it is a "full state of the art recording studio" but it's not even close to that. Before you book a studio session with Mr. Smith, first listen to him sing or play guitar. If you can actually stand the flat and horrific music that he "plays" or "sings" they should give you a free flu shot or something.

So after they teach you how to dance and record your music, Mikey can also sign you to his "thriving" SMH Record Label while at the same time taking your blood pressure and checking your vitals. Oh, if you are a rapper you can even enter into Mike and Erika's One Shot TV Show ha ha ha. You can even win $100,000 dollars that Mike and Erika don't have.

They "claim" they own a chain of medical practices but it's really only a bunch of leased strip mall minute clinics under the moniker "Carolina Comprehensive Health Network" run by Brian Gaskill, a University of Washington alumni. Question kids, where are the SEC filings or a statement or press release from their equity partner? Better yet, who is their equity partner? Why are they incorporated as a member-managed LLC, with Mike Smith as the only member and their “headquarters” listed as (((REDACTED))). Do they do all of their business out of the dance studio?

So after they've taught you to "not" dance from Erika, and Mikey has put you in his "state of the art recording studio" while multi-tasking between takes and checking your vitals, get this, they can then sign you to their SMH Records - the record label the Smith's run from their home while in the presence of their (((REDACTAED))). The better question here is what does the ego-maniac Mike Smith really know about the record business? Ask him how many copies did Mike Smith's "Love Interrupted" album sell? It's under the name Michael A Smith complete with Mike and Erika on the front cover - topless. Yes topless. Yes both of them. Good example for the kids at the dance studio to see you two topless!

Take one look at the North Carolina Secretary of State. Mike is deep in debt, but he once had a crafty and fat pr guy who made him seem like Donald Trump. Mikey has no idea how to break an artist, so I'm not too sure how he got in with a "reality" TV show called One Shot for unknown rap artists. Maybe he offered to give everybody else involved with One Shot free health care and dance lessons for life. Soon credit collectors and process servers will be showing up at One Shot auditions!

Two words, "stay away" from everything Mike and Erika Smith.

Love Interrupted

Mikey and Erika's "Love Interrupted" doesn't contain the couple "topless" on the "front cover" as I stated in the above post. I believe this website could be "life-saving" for innocent people, but my only complaint on it, is that it will not allow you to edit a report, once you share it with the public. Correction: The (((REDACTED))) couple is "topless" on the back-cover! There isn't any nudity of this "aged" couple, but it's bad form to see them topless, but still covering their "private parts." Young and impressionable dance students should never see this album! With some thorough digging of Mikey's "Love Interrupted" album, it's peculiar the album wound up being "released" through CD Baby in 2013, not SMH Records. CD Baby is a fairly generic distributor of music that you pay a small fee to have music available for e-commerce.  Oddly, the Smith's SMH record label is part of "Caroline Distribution". I verified on the Caroline website that SMH Records is a "partner" and did indeed release Pink Grenade through Caroline, not CD Baby. I suspect a Smith scam somewhere in the mix of music distributors. It all makes me "shake my head."

I encourage everybody who has been burned by Mike and Erika Smith to come forward and share their stories.
