Complaint Review: Erin Gilman

I recently hired a Erin Gilman for a renovation project and was left extremely disappointed with the results. Erin showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail that was evident in the final outcome. The project was plagued with delays from the start, with Erin frequently missing deadlines and failing to communicate these delays in a timely manner. This lack of punctuality not only disrupted our schedule but also resulted in additional costs.

furthermore, the quality of her work was subpar. The designs lacked creativity and did not reflect the vision we had discussed at the beginning of the project. There were also numerous errors in the design plans, which led to confusion and further delays.

Erin Gilman also failed to stay within our agreed budget, resulting in unexpected and significant additional costs. Despite these issues, she was unresponsive to our concerns and did not take steps to rectify the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this designer for any home renovation projects. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for client satisfaction were truly disappointing.
