The Ripoff Report was filed by former tenants who were evicted for violations of their contract. Tenant drilled holes through the side of a condominium to install an illegal satellite dish. When the complex Property Manager fined the tenant, the tenant refused to pay and refused to remove the dish. Tenant stopped paying rent in retaliation for the fines, and was removed from using community facilities.
Tenants were brought to court where they paid the backlogged rent and were given a March 17 date to vacate the property. Tenant refused to vacate and a second Court Eviction was issued. Tenant tried to sue and lost in small claims court. This report is their retaliation for the eviction and money owed to the landlord. This home was Never for sale. New tenants have occupied for 2 years with no issues.
