Erin Vailliancourt Nice N Easy Manager from hell! Tupper Lake New York
I would first like to say that Tupper Lake, Nice N Easy store has a great reputatation for hiring misfit managers. First we have Chris Peacock who hid cameras in the ladies bathroom to make videos for his own viewing pleasures. Second, we have Mark Winters who raided the atm machine of thousands of dollars. Last but not least we have this young woman named Erin who is manager now but acts like she has the most important job in the nation. I can't even imagine thinking that I'm important because of managing a conveinance store. Anyway, She is pretty BUTCH and acts like a dictator. I have my suspicions that she likes the company of other women better than men.

The taking of pictures of someone can be a crime. The state of being robed or disrobed has nothing to do with it.
Ordinary people have an expectation of privacy. Public officals don't necessairly have the same level of privacy.
A quick look at a Google search can give lots of information.
The right to privacy in New York is governed solely by a misappropriation statute. N.Y. Civ. Rights Law 50, 51.
Now, interpretation of the law is difficult because of a lawyers ability to split hairs that most people wouldn't see... but that is why they get the big bucks and the contempt from som many of us (Hi Stevie!).
Anyway, anyone that is interested in either taking the pictures of others, or upset with having their picture taken should do a quick look at the law and then decide accordingly.

I have been told by various people that our very own Erin the big shot manager of Hydes-Nice and Easy of Tupper Lake was wearing an assistant manager name tag and has to go back to training. Well I guess she wasn't doing her job that well Irene huh? Well, I have always been told that people who screw with others get their dues in the end, it appears to be true. As I have stated, I only speak my mind when others are critical of me and my actions. Of course, what I do is my business and no-one elses unless I allow it to be their business. I am a true friend to people as long as they are a true friend to me. Someone screws with me and I will turn their world upside down no matter what it takes.

When I post on here I put my REAL name unlike other chicken shits. All you have to do is go back through the reports and see for yourself. Since we all KNOW Jim put all these things on here slamming Erin, lets get some facts out here. For one, anyone coming into a store, taking pictures of people should be kicked out. Thats a LITTLE weird, don't you think? Maybe its legal, but tacky. And an invasion of privacy. (Who goes into a store expecting to be photographed???) Furthermore, this isn't the first time his picture taking has caused problems. What about being placed on administrative leave at Sunmount for photographing consumers? How many people know about that, Jim? For Christ's sake, take pictures of trees, birds, mountains, OR SOMETHING! Not a bunch of Sunmount clients! But then again, One wouldn't expect any less out of Jim. He's one strange individual. Erin her job. That doesn't make her bad.

Irene we do know who you are and we do not take pictures of children. First of all, let us say that the legal age of consent in N.Y. State is 17 years old, girlie. Second, Everyone we take pictures of is of age and if someone has something to say to us let them do it or shut the hell up! We do not hide anything and in fact it is displayed in place where they would not put up with having childrens pictures. Besides that we have done nothing wrong. You people need to keep your business to yourselves and watch the people in this town who sleep with young teens. Oh, it is our RIGHT to take pictures and to post true events on websites and if you don't like it move to a communist country. As far as we know this is still a free country.

I have known Erin for at least ten yans I'm sure all of us know who had the audacity to put this report in on her and nice n' easy. You should put your camera away, taking pictures of children at public places has been a downfall of your's for a while now. Hats off to Erin for doing her job and keeping you from being a menace to the general public. In fact more managers of more businesses should do the same instead of laughing at you behind your back.
Erin is a good girl, serious about her job and excellant at it. Leave her alone and make a life for yourself instead of trying to ruin others by your petty actions.
