Complaint Review: Ernest Rexall Spinks

Ernie Spinks is a con artist, a liar and a fraud. He took advantage of his step mom having demmentia and got access to rentals and her bank accounts and then sent a letter to the tenants at her house who happen to be her daughter and is trying to evict them. He did the same thing to my Mom’s mom and tried to maniplulate her before she passed away and get her inheritance. He makes up lies and hides behind is status in The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints. He also assisted in supporting his daughter Wendy Ober and son in law James Ober who committed massive mortgage fraud in the Minneapolis, MN area and went to prison. This guy is bad news and will con and cheat anyone he can.
