purchase used 95 ford windstar with a new motor that was replaced by ford and now finding out that it was a recall. had problems with starter first week-they reimbusred 50% of my costs. transmission went out within one month and they wouldnt stand behind it. rear wiper motor shot and no reimbursment.
sliding door ajar pin malfunction and left my interior lights on all night and once again no compensation. they told us the motor had a manufacturers warranty on it and now they are declining it. what the hell ever happened to a little bit of honesty these days. now we are stuck with a piece of s**t vehicle that we cant trust to pull out of our driveway. by the way the motor doesnt even have 15,000 miles on it and is giving us problems. nice job ford!!!!!!

I assume you got everything in writing? If your claims are true, I'd guess you have a legal claim since you have it in writing. If you didn't get it in writing, it's your own lack of car buying skills.
EVS has stuck behind every problem I ever had. Sounds like your pinning a FORD issue on a non-FORD dealer. I wouldn't have bought a FORD in the first place.
Don't blame one of the best dealers in SE Wisconsin for your ignorance.
