Complaint Review: Ernzen's Elite Auto Sales - 895 Thomas Rd Atchison KS 66002

I paid cash $6700 on the promises to repair the navigation/radio, which was not working. I drove the car home and I smelled oil burning so I returned the car to the dealership after only 14 hrs. He told me to keep the car and the keys, and he would repair it all. I told him that I didn't appreciate that he did not disclose to me the oil leaks.

The car stayed in his possession from the day I purchased the car 10/5/2019 & 3 weeks passed. After we exchanged many calls, he kept saying he was still waiting for parts or fedex delivery or that the car is being repaired.

On 10/22/2019, I called him about the status. His answer was will do NO REPAIRS COME and take your car, and refused to talk to me.

I have reached out to the Attorney General & BBB, which will be investigating his business. Word on the street is that he has many lawsuits filed against him for not paying bills.
