It does not appear that access is possible at this time.

This is an SAP ERP IDES (Internet test system) that can be used to learn more about SAP. It is a great concept. However, this particular firm, although providing the service, has the absolute WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

Why?

The persons English skills are poor at best. Neither can he speak or write well and only in phrases. He does have good manners, however.

You can report a technical support problem and he will empathize but do nothing about it. For over a two month period, he empathized but never corrected the problem that prevented some very basic SAP transactions (goods issue, goods receipt) from working properly (usually resulting in a short dump, ST22.) These were showing up on the log on a daily basis but nothing was done about it (even after outlining the process for correction and repeatedly reporting the error.) The answer was always that it would be taken care when the new server was installed. He would promise resolution but it would never be completed and with no timeframe.

Finally, if you inquired, he would just refuse to answer you on Skype.

SO BUYER BEWARE

Firstly, call the number listed for any of these IDES systems. If you get an answering machine, I would strongly advise against using the service. This is usually just a small sampling of how they will react once you are using their service. Once you have subscribed, they often studiously ignore you OR will tell you something because they seem to be very non-confrontive. A real voice on the other end could mean the service is understaffed, run out of garage, incompetent, or some combination.  Pay a little more and get a reliable service.  Talk to them about technical support.

Secondly, if you do have trouble, then make sure you log an action on the Internet so others boycott their service. A service is not worth much if youre very limited as to what you can accomplish and they do not live up to their promises.
