This complaint is really more about the car than the dealership itself. I purchased a new Kia Sephia model year 1999.

I have had numerous problems with that car.
The 1st day off the lot the electric locks didnt work. Then The gas tank had to be replaced. It was recalled more than once. It needed a new exhaust system. The rubber weather stripping is becoming unglued. The speed sensor went bad, and now the transmission is shot!

I should have known when I purchased the car they didnt try to sell an extended warrenty. But they did ask me to sign a document saying I declined tourchase one.

The car has been unreliable, built substandardly, second-rate, and inferior.

Altough the folks at the dealership for the most part have been professional, I feel they know the car was garbage.

Now I am facing the fact the transmission needs to be replaced.

For everyone reading this, do not buy a Kia.
