This has been going on for more than a year. I ordered thru the Internet, from Price Smart, a printer cartridge for my computer. It was $51.99. I was told that it was out of stock, yet they charged my credit card for it.

Not knowing that they were related, I ordered another cartridge from ESaverusa.com and was charged for this as well. I only received One order. They acknowledged that they owe me a refund, but still have not sent it to me.

They constantly stalled, thinking that eventually I would get tired of calling and emailing them. I recently sent them an email advising them of my new home address and email address, since I moved from NY to Florida and wanted to pursue this more diligently. I can't let them get away with this fraud.

Claire, It sounds like you've jumped through quite a few hoops for Esaverusa. If they won't help you, go to your bank immediately. They might just be stalling until it gets past the point when your bank will be able to do anything about it. If it is, then I would suggest sending a complaint to the BBB or the AG. That should get any companies attention. Before you order anything you can always search the BBB's database to see if the company has a good BBB record or not. I did a search for Price Smart, and they have an unsatisfactory record with the BBB.
