Complaint Review: ESBI And SBO-ONLINE .ORG

On 4 separate occasions Embarq has allowed a 3rd party to bill for services that have not been requested. These bogus charges are from a company that goes by ESBI tm. They state the charges are aplied on behalf of SBO-ONLINE.com. SBO says they have the request from the person listed on the charge...BUT there is usually no such person.

We have called Embarq to advise of the bogus charges and they say there is nothing they can do.We have asked for a 3rd party block and they say we can't add a block until the credits are issued by ESBI. The trick is as soon as the credit is issued there is another bogus charge on the bill from SBO.This latest charge is for SBO Survival Kit Monthly fee...There is no such thing!
When we called the SBO 888-300-3724 and spoke to Brad he said they would credit the account (again for the 4th time).

There are many people out there that do not look closely at their phone boillsor have automatic payments that are getting taken.
