iCloser contacted an individual within our company to verify information about usin order to offer services. Typical questions that were asked required "Yes" or "No" answers. No monetion was made in the telephone conversation that this was obligating our company to use iCloser services, or that there was a 14-day "FREE" trial.

After 14-days a charge for $49.95 shows up on our Qwest telephone bill for iCloser services. Qwest was unable toexplain charges and referred us to iCloser for more information. iCloser was unwilling to reverse the charges even though the service was never used. A recording of the conversation with the individual within our business was replayed with many questions referencingwhether or not the individual was authorized to make the obligation, with the exact same "yes" interjected between questions.

Long story short...iCloser refused to reverse the charges and suggested we fire our employee.
