My july bill from embarq had 14.95 for voicemail for esbi that i did not ask for, seems like im one of hundreds, on the back of my bill it states they wont disconnect for this charge. so i wont pay

You need to have a block placed on your line (free of charge) that will prevent others companies such as ESBI from appearing on your Embarq billing. I will also place that block on the line for you if you prefer.
