Complaint Review: ESBI - Enhanced Service Billing

My phone company called me today and said I had a bill on the phone bill for $14.95 for Voice mail from Enhanced Service Billing Inc. I did not authorize this.

She had me call to cancel and be taken off any list they may have. I also asked where they had gotten my name and such or what did I sign up for that this was connected with. They just said the internet.

To get a refund or what ever they guy told me to go to MY phone co. He had me very upset by then and never gave me a straight anwser about my refund.

I don't understand how they can do this. I don't want voicemail and would never order it. This is not the first company to do this to me. I had one last year too. There should be a way to stop this from happening. And it shouldn't take me not using the web to do it.
