Complaint Review: ESBI

For the past 2 months I noticed my phone bill had a big jump in the total. I called Verizon today to clear up the problem, questioniing ESBI charges for voice mail when I have never had voice mail on my phone account.

I called ESBI who infomed me I signed up via USprizedraw.com on a Sunday AM, August 17 at 7:48 AM. Not likely. Someone has ripped off my screen name and a security code name and signed me up for a service I don't want or do not need. I have an answering machine.

It appears from other reports that this is a nationwide scam. Has this been reported to the FCC?
