ESBI MyIproductImail Unauthorized billing from ESBI Cypress California
I was charged $14.95 by ESBI MyIproductImail which I did not subscribed. I called the number on my AT&T bill and the agent told me that the subscription will be cancelled and will refund the money back to me but it will take about 60 days before they processed it.
I think AT&T needs to step on this scam as it produces unsatisfied customers which in turn will affect their services.
