Complaint Review: ESBI Phone Service

Seems like I am not the only one getting ripped off by this phone company ESBI. I called them to question, what the heck is going on, I never ordered your phone service, nor have I ever heard of you before, why are you billing me for "Voice Mail"? I ask to speak to a supervisor to get this matter corrected. They would not put a supervisor on the phone, stating it would be corrected, or a supervisor would be getting back to me.

Neither happened. They billed me for a second month, the months are Feb. and March of 2005. I'm not getting any results from ESBI and I even contacted Washigton, putting a complaint in for consumers. Nothing either. I'm going to try again contacting ESBI. This is ridiculous.They can bill me all they want to. If it continues, there has to be a way to start some kind of Civil Suit, or class action against this company ESBI.
