Esbi ripoff billed my place of employment for services they say were athorized by me. I've never heard of esbi! Internet internet
My employer noticed charges on her buisiness phone from esbi. She called them to find out what they were for. She was told it was for a service called voice express. she asked who authroized this service and they told her I did it online in March of 2005. I supposedly wanted a 900 line and I had it billed to my employers buisness phone. This is crazy that a company can do this and our local phone company's go along with it. I called the ftc and they filed a complaint on my behalf but by the looks it with all the complaints I've seen about ESBI it doesn't look like they really care!
