ESBI Spec Serv & Prod Misc Charges Charged $9.95 in behalf of Privasafe email on my Qwest phone bill that I did not authorize Internet
I received my phone bill today with a charge on Dec. 8, 2004, of $9.95 on behalf of Privasafe Email. The charge was billed by ESBI Spec Serv & Prod Misc Charges and Credits. There was a phone number to call. I called, and the first time I got a message about "mailbox is full". The second time I called, they didn't transfer me and said they would take the charge off my bill.
