Complaint Review: ESBI Spec Serv & Prod

I have been billed by these people for a year. I called in June and was told that they would take me off their billing and reimburse me but neither has happened. I called again in October and was told the same thing. Now it is Februray and I am still being billed by them. I think that Qwest should take care of this because they are the one who allow these people to bill us when we have not authorized it. We should have to call Qwest when we want to add someone onto our bills not have to call them when we don't. This is a real rip off by both ESBI and Qwest.
