Complaint Review: ESBI Spec Serv & Prod

I also got nailed by these people. I called them and I was not nice. I ask them who are you and why did you bill me when I never heard about them and I want this off my bill now. Then I call my phone company and they said that I should call them back be for i get my next bill to see if the charge is still there and they will reverse the charges. I also called ESBI to file a customer complaint. And the man on the phone said that he had to go because the fire alarm went off and that he would call me back. Ya right.
