Complaint Review: ESBI

I received a charge on my bill, and knew nothing about it. I called SBC and they said I needed to call ESBI to have the charge removed. I have tried to call several times and the phone is anyways busy no matter what time of day you call. This is a $16.11 charge that I did not want or aprove. They do not even let you know how to set up the voice mail. This is very upsetting with times being as tight as they. My husband is laid off.

To think you go on line and some one is able to attach a charge to your phone bill is distrubing.
