ESBI third party unauthorized intelicom messaging charges thru Embarq Communications Henderson Nevada

ESBI , third party providers, had my phone company, Embarq, bill me $ 14.95/mo for intelicom messaging that I had never ordered. Some lady ordered it, via internet, and used my home phone number to have it charged to.
