ESBI unsolicited phone charges Nationwide
Unsolicited and unauthorized charges were added to my Embarq October phone bill by ESBI. ESBI claims that i gave them permission via a company called Voicemail Services.
Voicemail Services claims i accepted a collect phone call from Missouri which did not happen. Voicemail Services claims this one time phone call from Missouri came to over $150.
