Based off a text I never read, I was billed for a service I never signed up for. I called Virgin Mobile, They gave a phone number to call, I called that number and they wanted a fax showing that they billed me for this, if proven they were going to put the money back into my account.

After trying for about an hour the fax finally went through. I called back to see if that person got the fax mysteriously they were gone. I called the next morning to see if anything was done about this and I was told that their faxes were handled via emails and that person was not there. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was the supervisor. I said being a supervisor you should have access to that, you are not a supervisor, can I speak to a supervisor, he gave me another number, I called that number, it was a fax machine. He came back on I told him what they're doing is illegal and it will be reported. I then googled their email addtress and found this site, I was floored and shocked at how many other victims they have out there.
