One thing we wish we had done is visit this RIP OFF site before we signed up with this comapny!
Michael Lee the rep agent of Eschelon is a liar, deceiver, a fraud clear and simple. He layed out the services of Eschelon, fees and rates that we were hapy with but he failed to tell us that none of the fees and rates he discussed we'd be receiving, to top it all off, he used my husband's signature that he obtained for the approval process and applied it to a contract (a non-cancelleble contract) biding us to 48 month paying $80/month for a terminal lease by Northern Leasing company. MICHAEL LEE never presented this contract to us, we only had the wonderful surprise two weeks after signing up with Eschelon, when the contract (a bunch of copies) came by mail.
We cancelled everything but still in process of getting that (non-cancellable) contract deemed NULL and VOID as it was not signed by us or even presented to us. When I asked Eschelon to provide the original contract from Northern Leasing, we were told originals are thrown away, they don't keep paper, more efficient to do everything electronically (how convenient).
It's laughable!
MICHAEL LEE is a sad dishonest excuse of a human being who cannot make a decent living and resorts to deception, lies and misrepresentation.
If a certain MICHAEL LEE walks thru you business doors, welcome him then read him his rights, open up the countless page of rip off talking about him, and let him stare at it for a while then have him kindly leave your premise.
HE IS A FRAUD
ESCHELON still employs him.
As for Northern Leasing company, we are still in dispute with them --- remains to be seen. A class action is against them by NY AG.
