ESCO Motor Car Inc. Online Scam Lodi New Jersey

So I'm going to copy/paste what i reported to the BBB.org.
Kristen from ESCO called me with the original auto loan offer after emailing me. In both correspondences, she stated that I had been approved for a car loan up to $27k with an additional $2k bonus. I spoke with Kristen again to confirm the offer and to explain my circumstances- I had already been approved for a loan from the company where I am purchasing the car. I was interested in a competitor's rates. She said that I was contacted due to the information I provided online for Poor Credit Auto Loans and confirmed that even in my situation I had been approved for the loan. I had to come in only to prove my identity and finalize paperwork so that I could receive the check for the car. I also expressed to Kristen and Julie over the phone after a few more calls I was relying on a friend for transportation, I would have to cross two bridges, and call out of work that day.
Even still, they refused to do any phone negotiations or paperwork until I came in person. On route, I passed ESCO Motor cars after mistaking it for a car dealer. I called the finance company again to confirm that they were not a car dealer. I spoke with a female manager and was assured that their location managed off-location financing and that it was ok to come in.
Upon entering, I gave the sales rep my paperwork and began the process. However, he began negotiating a down payment. Then he explained that they were not a Car Dealer, but a Bank Owned Car dealership. I was not able to follow their logic. He also explained that the only way to receive the check was if I had perfect credit, like 720. I expressed my disapproval of the situation, and I had been mistaken by coming. The Sales rep continued to try to work a deal with me impressing me with better deals from cars on their location and introduced me to his manager to press the matter.
They completely avoided the purpose of my visit; which was to fill out their paperwork and receive a check for a different car elsewhere. I lost $200 today in pay and travel to this location.

It was very hard to follow this.
THESE SECOND GUYS WERE APPARENTLY JUST ANOTHER TOTE THE NOTE LOT AND THEY WERE GOING TO DO A BAIT AND SWITCH.
YEAH WE ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU A CHECK SO YOU CAN BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE PERFECT CREDIT RATING. SINCE YOU DON'T, WE WILL LET YOU BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
THEY ARE STILL A TOTE THE NOTE LOT JUST LIKE THE OTHER LOT NO MATTER WHAT THEY CALL THEMSELVES.
AND IF YOU HAD NOT HAD A FRIEND WHO KNEW A LOT ABOUT CARS OR HIRED A MECHANIC WHO EVALUATES USED CARS FOR HIRE ALONG WITH YOU THIS TIME, I AM SURE THEY WOULD HAVE FOISTED A GREAT-LOOKING "DOGGED OUT PIECE OF **** " ON YOU AND IT WOULD HAVE RUN GREAT FOR A FEW BLOCKS,A FEW HOURS OR MAYBE EVEN A FEW DAYS AND IT WOULD HAVE CRAPPED OUT AND THEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN "YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS.NOW PAY UP OR ELSE."
The FIRST Tote the Note lots approved your application to pay the car off in installments but you shopped the note-- perhaps some guy in the tote the note credit department gets so much per referral if he can send contact information on guys who apply for credit with the first TOTE the NOTE to the SECOND "BANK OWNED CAR LOT" ( AKA ANOTHER TOTE THE NOTE LOT).
WHAT A SORRY SCAM.
BUT YOU ARE BETTER OFF THAT IT ONLY COST YOU $200 TO LEARN THIS LESSON INSTEAD OF BEING CONNED TO BUY A DOG CAR FROM THEM AND BEING STUCK FOR PAYMENTS EVEN WHEN THE THING STOPPED WORKING OR CAUGHT ON FIRE OR GOD KNOWS WHAT.
YOU GOT OFF LIGHT!
