When they finally gave me an offer it was an insult and they refused to negotiate. I asked for the name and physical address of the person who would represent them in court. They're response was to give me a PO BOX in Scranton Pa. I have searched the web for hours and hours they do not have a physical address .What kind of company will not give an address ? I sent a certified letter to PO BOX 6562 Scranton PA 18505 . I am still waiting for there reply,and I'm not holding my breath waiting for my answer. This Co. is representing Hertz Car rental witch was the vehicle that hit me.This Co. is either Fake and ripping companies such as Hertz,or they are ripping off claimants like me.
