-received confirmation of receipt of payment and order as being "complete" and available as "digital download."
-no such download was sent, nor is there a button or any kind of function on their website.
-sent 2 requests to "customer support" 2 - customer service department.
-no response to either request, other than an autoresponder that acknowledged that I had sent a request.
-requested refund twice. no response to either request.
Do not do business with this company!
