Esolutions Media.net/ freelawntractor.com Will not fulfill completed offer for free lawn tractor Greenville Delaware
I signed up to receive a free riding lawn mower through an internet marketing company named esolutions media.net aka ideal direct. The website is www.freelawntractor.com.
At the time I signed up in July of 2005 it required that you complete 10 offers from 3 different levels with the marketing partners they had listed.
I signed up with actually 11 partners just to make sure I fulfilled the requirements. Additionally I printed off every offer I signed up for and confirmation letters from them stating that I indeed had signed up.
They state that you will forfeit your prize if you contact them before 30 days after signing up for these offers. So I patiently waited 30 days and then contacted them the only way you can contact them... via a link from their website. I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to process and to check back then if I still had not received confirmation that all offers had completed. I again patiently waited 4-6 weeks and still nothing happened. I again tried to track the status of my offer and it stated my offer had expired.
I then contacted them via the email link on their website 17 times before I finally received a response. The representative "Maggie" stated that I would need to prove I completed the offers by sending copies of the email confirmations and proof of residency which meant copies of my most recent utility bills and the paper copies of my credit card statement showing proof of purchase.
I sent all of the required information to the 4001 kennett Pike address.
I continued to contact "Maggie" as to the status of the offers and she replied that they were still waiting to hear back from a few vendors. 2 more months passed by with the same response from "Maggie" until they just stopped responding at all.
I finally got another email from a esolutions media.net representative named "Sam" stating very rudely "Look weve already told you that you didnt qualify for the offers" etc. etc.
I responded to the email stating that not only did I not receive an email from him but I was still waiting for my prize and that I would like this escalated to his departmental superior and i wanted to know why I didnt qualify for the offer. I sent you all the proof that I did.
In a final response from Sam he stated
"We are willing to offer you a check for $600.00 in regards to this website. Upon further investigation regarding the offers that were not approved on your account page, 7 of the 8 verified that you completed the offers successfully. Because the 8th offer was not completed successfully, per the vendor, we cannot fulfill you for the free lawn tractor. We are however willing to compensate you in the amount of $600. We feel that this amount more than covers the amount you have spent on the 7 offers that you did successfully complete, two of the offers being free trials. In addition we will need a completed W9 form from you in order to send out the check. If you agree to these terms, we can have the check to you by late next week. Thank you, Sam."
I of course have sent numerous emails back to them rebuking their claims but no one will respond at this point. I send out 5 emails a week to them still to this day. Sam's email was sent to me in January.
I since have posted on ripoffreport.com and other scam sites looking for someone to help me. I dont have the money to hire an attorney at this point but I dont want them to get away with this. I have invested a lot of money with their vendors, and time and energy with them which is way to valuable.
My next steps will be to file complaints with the attorney generals office in deleware and the BBB in delaware. I dont know how much good this will do but I have no other choice. Does anyone have advice on any other proven measures that will work in resolving my dilemma?

Hi, I filed my own report but yours sounded so familiar that I had to contact you. I had the same exact experience with Elitebrandsfree except that her name was Molly not Maggie. I will gladly join in any class action suit against these frauds.
I'd like to tell them to "get a real job and stop ripping off the American Public." I spentabout $150.00 and my referral did the same as a favor to me. She lives in Boca Raton Fl, I live in Carmel NY and thay state that we are not unique households. Duh!
We sent copies of driver's license, credit card and billing statement for all offers,I sent in Certificates and w9 by certified mail. It was received and signed for by Joby Ruth from Elitebrandsfree. No one has responded in 31 emails.
