I ordered an air booster fan and I was needing it immediately. I ordered the fan from ESP Energy on their web site. Their price was reasonable and I called them on the phone to see if next day service by 10:00 am was correct.

Their customer service departnment told me it was correct. I went ahead and ordered the fan ($39.99) with next day shipping (27.19). When looking at their web site, you are unable to tell where the products are shipping from. My package arrived the next day at 3:30 pm.

When I called about the late delivery, their customer service said it was my fault because of where I live. Their shipping location and my delivery address were close enough that I could have had the package by 3:30 next day had I chosen ground service for $6.00. I asked for ESP Energy to pay for half the shipping ($13.60)because it was not delivered by 10:00am as promised.

They still refuse saying that it is my fault because of where I live in a rural area. I order hundreds of products online per year and this is one company I will NEVER do business with again. They are concerned about the sale but have no backbone to support their operations. BEWARE!!!
